Thursday: The Blue Jay Jazz Foundation presents an afternoon of great jazz, plus the presentation of Music Excellence scholarships.
Friday: The Foundation welcomes a new supporter, Friends of Lake Arrowhead Mountain Communities (FLAMC) whose purpose is to protect and enhance the quality of life for Lake Arrowhead Mountain Communities residents and visitors.
Saturday: August 26, the party moves to the Lake Arrowhead Resort & Spa.
Parking: There are several ALA lots around the venue. There is no parking in the Tavern Bay Beach Club parking lot because that is where the concerts are being held. Parking Attendants will meet your car as you pull up to Tavern Bay and direct you to park or to where you can drop off individuals or picnic supplies. Assisted parking available upon request.
Check-in: If you purchased tickets through Ticket Leap print out your tickets so they can be quickly scanned. You will receive a wristband at check-in. Main check-in at the walk-in gate near the ALA’s East Parking Lot.

Food & Beverages: (CASH ONLY) enjoy a selection of fresh baked goods, salads, sandwiches, veggies, deserts and more. No host bar (CASH ONLY) will offer wine, cocktails and refreshing nonalcoholic beverages.
Parking: There is free parking in the Lake Arrowhead Resort lot for event guests.
Check-in: To reach concert check-in, walk into the main Resort lobby and walk left around the registration counter, down the wide lobby stairway, pass the pool and directly out into the umbrella covered venue.
